Description and Objectives:

In our coaching careers, we may experience work on both sides of the coin: as an internal coach, working solely for one organization, or an external coach, working with many different companies in various industries. How do you distinguish benefits and challenges of each? How can internal and external work in tandem to create success?

In this interactive discussion, we will talk about what it means to be an internal or external coach and how we can align for increased effectiveness.

At the conclusion of the program, the coach will be able to: 

• Distinguish between the benefits and challenges of engaging internal and external coaches
• Discover ways internal and external coaches can increase accountability and results through alignment
