Biography
Kim was born while his parents worked as performers on Ringling Bros. Circus. After being a circus performer (acrobat, bareback rider, aerialist, & animal trainer) for 24 years, he decided to run away from the circus and join life!
Kim learned a lot about life during those 24 years and regularly applies it to the Conflict Prevention Coaching he provides.
Kim is passionate about training, coaching, and conflict! His mission is to use his creativity, intuition, and compassionate Warrior energy to help people resolve conflict and transform conflict into productive and even warm relationships.
Kim has been a certified mediator for over 15 years. He has a Master's degree (MALS) with a focus on Social Sciences & Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Resources. He also is a Transformation Coach, a group facilitator, a men's empowerment group leader and trainer, a retired state government manager, and a former circus acrobat and animal trainer (which ties all of it together).
Kim got his ACC ICF coaching certification through Presence-Based Coaching, and he is a Mental Health Coach for Lyra Health.
He is also certified as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).
