ICF Virginia Charter Chapter by-laws are legally binding
- Chapter by-laws are reviewed annually
- By-laws outline all Board Officer and Committee positions, membership categories and other chapter operations
- All revisions must be sent through the Chapter's Field Services Director for review, who in turn sends them to SHRM National for final approval; once approved by SHRM, revised by-laws are presented to the Chapter's members for a vote (approval/disapproval)
