ICF Virginia Sponsorship Opportunities

ICFVA is one of the most active chapters within the International Coach Federation (ICF). With more than 475 members and growing, the chapter is the face and voice of coaching in Virginia. Members meet virtually approximately ten times a year and there are many opportunities to gather face to face including our first ever annual conference in 2023. Email newsletters reach over 700 coaches within Virginia as well as friends of ICF Virginia globally.

Website Sponsorships

The ICFVA website is highly visited, averaging 500 visits a month, with visitors viewing an average of four pages. Your logo, displayed prominently on our Home Page, will help you attract the attention of top professional coaches in Virginia and around the world.

Program Sponsorships

The chapter provides extensive programming for its members, including face to face, webinars, and online events. Relevant businesses and individuals are invited to support and attend. Announcements are distributed to our entire 700+ mailing list.

Newsletter Sponsorships

Our newsletter Coaches Connection allows us to communicate with our membership and the broader community, offering important information about upcoming events and behind-the-scenes activities. Distribution of these messages reaches more than 700 subscribers and includes both members and friends in the ICF Virginia coaching community and beyond. Newsletters are distributed each month between September and June. Sponsors have options for placement of newsletter articles and newsletter banners.

Partnerships

For those sponsors interested in supporting ICFVA throughout the year and across platforms, partnerships provide a unique opportunity for multiple exposures to our membership. This ongoing relationship affords you a chance to reach our membership at targeted times in your business cycle and helps create broader awareness for your products and services. We work with our partners to build a custom approach that includes event and newsletter sponsorships. Partners are afforded exclusive benefits, including a listing on the ICFVA.org website and social media mentions.

All sponsorships and sponsor materials are subject to approval by an assigned member of the ICFNE Board of Directors.
Sponsorship policies, provisions, and pricing are subject to change and space availability.
Updates to active sponsorship content may incur additional charges.
ICFVA does not sell or rent information about its members or attendees.
ICFVA does not provide member or attendance information from events.
Sponsors may invite attendees to contact them directly.
ICFVA reserves the right to refuse or cancel sponsorships.
ICFVA Gold & corporate members are eligible for additional discounts and sponsorship credits valued at up to 20%!
