Biography
I was once called a "People Gardener" by one of her employees because she helps people grow. I do this through coaching, training, caring and leadership. Over my 20+ years in the Financial Service Industry and 3 years running my own business, I have gained a versatile skill set in leadership, sales, management, coaching, training, project management, process improvement, customer service and teambuilding. I am a trained ontological coach through the Newfield Network and achieved my ACC certification this year. I developed sales training program to help people improve their sales called the Sales Excellence Academy™.
