Biography
I'm a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and an organizational/leadership development consulting professional with over 35 years of experience in the professional services, manufacturing, distribution, airline, publishing, religious, non/profit and utilities industries, within small to large organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. I've held management and leadership positions up through the officer level in the financial, administrative and human resources areas and have built, developed, managed and led strong teams throughout my career. I've led companies to be on the Fortune's 100 Best Places to Work List for several years, including the highest rank of #9. I also have extensive experience in providing HR/OD consulting support to both internal and external clients. My areas of expertise are executive, leadership and life coaching, organizational & leadership development, strategic planning, facilitation, teaching and mentoring. I'm also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Richmond Robins School of Business - Executive Education, teaching human resources management and organizational behavior. In addition, I provide personal coaching and fitness training.
