Biography
FWD Coaching Concepts, LLC provides a confidential and supportive sounding board for clients. I partner with individuals and teams to ask questions, challenge assumptions, help achieve clarity, provide resources, and yes sometimes with permission provide advice. I administer and help interpret 360-degree and behavioral assessments, conduct confidential interviews to help a client or teams gain self-awareness, establish holistic (the whole person) goals and move forward by understanding where to go and how to get there.
My mission is to empower people-centered, balanced leaders who understood that leadership is something done with people, not to them. Leaders who know the power in leadership doesn't lie with the leader but with the led. It's this simple idea that informs FWD Coaching Concept's, LLC approach to developing leaders and coaching focused organizations.
