Biography
K.C. Long is a personal development coach and lifelong learner in the field of leadership development, who is on a mission to ignite truth, passion & purpose within individuals and teams so they can live out their utmost potential.
Throughout her years of professional experience within sales, leadership, and learning & development, KC found her passion in helping others succeed through creating and delivering fresh, fun and transformational learning & development experiences. She has worked with non-profits, including Ronald McDonald House – Richmond, where she serves on their board of directors, to Fortune 500 Companies, including Capital One Financial, SYSCO Foodservices and Northwestern Mutual. She holds her Master Facilitator, Co-Active Coaching and International Professional Coaching Certifications, alongside her Business, Education and Culinary Arts Degrees.
When she’s not reading personal development books or creating and delivering learning and development experiences, you can find her partaking in impromptu dance parties or backyard American Ninja Warrior courses with her 10-year-old daughter and 8-year old son. She also enjoys traveling to their bucket-list destinations with her husband, Howie, and keeping her culinary degree fresh through whipping up delicious new recipes in her kitchen while jamming out to her favorite tunes.
