Biography
Michelle is the President and CEO of MSBCoach, a boutique executive/leadership coaching, and team development firm located in central Virginia. She has coached executives and teams for over 20 years. A few things about Michelle: she has served as a panelist for the World Coaching Conference, authored 3 leadership books, is the founder of the Emerging Executive Leadership and Conversational Oxygen Programs, the Authentic Leadership Summit, and has served on the leadership board of BGF International and the Virginia Chamber Small Business Advisory Board. Her areas of expertise include Executive and Leadership Coaching.
Michelle has worked with a span of executives from the C-suite and Army Generals to emerging executives in organizations including investment banking, finance, academia, government, healthcare, travel, tech, and hospitality, to name a few. Michelle has also been a keynote speaker for local, national, and international organizations.
