Michelle’s coaching, training, and consulting expertise includes Career Transition, Talent Management, and Web Facilitation. She optimizes the time available for client engagement by adeptly assessing an individual’s career aspirations and support in setting appropriate and achievable goals. Utilizing genuine communication skills, she quickly develops credibility and rapport with clients and customers.
Michelle has coached hundreds of clients on the job search process through one on one coaching, as well as training in person and virtually. She is particularly effective at making presentations relevant and enjoyable through the use of humor and metaphor. She is passionate about helping individuals improve themselves both professionally and personally, assisting in the identification of the right career fit and assisting her clients smoothly work through the challenges associated with the transition.
Michelle has experience in the following industries: banking, entertainment, education, not-for-profit, manufacturing, and more. Coaching and training topics include networking, job search strategy, personal branding, resume development, interviewing, and negotiating.
Prior to Right Management, Michelle worked in various Senior Human Resource Management roles in both Manufacturing and Financial Services. During her career, she played a pivotal role in helping transitioning employees adapt to the significant changes associated with mergers and acquisitions. Michelle also brings expertise in Performance Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Team Development, and Organizational Change.
Michelle has been with Right Management for a total of 11+ years.
Michelle earned a Master’s in Education in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from James Madison University.
