Competent to the Core: Mastering the ICF Core Competencies - Core Competency #8 - Creating Awareness

ICF Virginia is pleased to offer this monthly series of eleven Teleclasses hosted by the Philadelphia Chapter of ICF throughout 2015. The goal of this series is to raise your awareness of the practical benefits of actively weaving the core competencies into each and every client meeting. A unique coaching model will be presented that clearly demonstrates the ease with which all the core competencies can effortlessly flow throughout every coaching conversation. You'll learn to incorporate best practices so that you can be the masterful coach you want to be. Creating Awareness 
This is your job! This is the core of coaching! Did you know there are 30-40 ways to create awareness? Well, let’s get to it and discover and review some of those ways. Because once you build your toolkit of ways to increase awareness, your clients will invite change more easily…in fact, they may even get excited about it. They will also enthusiastically start generating ways they can move forward. Focus your attention here and you and your clients will reap the benefits of masterful coaching.
