Competent to the Core: Mastering the ICF Core Competencies - Core Competency #11- Managing Progress and Accountability

ICF Virginia is pleased to offer this monthly series of eleven Teleclasses hosted by the Philadelphia Chapter of ICF throughout 2015. The goal of this series is to raise your awareness of the practical benefits of actively weaving the core competencies into each and every client meeting. A unique coaching model will be presented that clearly demonstrates the ease with which all the core competencies can effortlessly flow throughout every coaching conversation. You'll learn to incorporate best practices so that you can be the masterful coach you want to be. You can attend individual classes scheduled for the first Monday of each month except February (first Tuesday),August (no class) and September (second Monday). Find out more about the topics and the presenter, Lynn Meinke, PCC.

Managing Progress and Accountability
Did you know that the word “accountability” is often disliked or hated by your clients? So why do so many coaches use it, as in the question, “How can I hold you accountable?” And, how do you manage progress over time? You’ll learn how to masterfully work with clients in a positive manner to do both while not having to use any of those words. And as a bonus, you’ll learn how to end each coaching meeting with an authentic and affirming personal message for each client without cheerleading!
