Description: Neely and Janet will facilitate discussion of successes, challenges, and key learnings in 2016 with an eye on what your “coaching” vision is for 2017. Focus of discussion will be given to core competencies, ethical dilemmas, and participant’s growth and development. Participants will verbalize desires for learning and growth as they develop a vision statement for 2017. This interactive presentation is an opportunity to pause, reflect and envision before the busyness of the year takes over.
