Many clients want change and they want it to be permanent. Powerful questioning certainly helps as long as the questions are highly targeted in areas that lend themselves to change. Targeting the right areas helps keep the client out of their story and allows you to get to the issue and help them much quicker.
A coach will often find that clients want to change, but they are unsuccessful because they harbor self-limiting beliefs. Join us, to learn a wonderful tool that will help you get to those deeply rooted, self-sabotaging client beliefs, change them, and replace them with more resourceful ones.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand how we categorize our world in our thinking.
- Learn a tool that leads to permanent change.
- Practice using the tool with other coaches.
