Equine Activity for a Catalyst for Change

Time: 2:00 to 4:00pm
Description: Participants will engage in designed equine activities and will engage in processing around putting what we learned into our daily coaching plans.
- Increase awareness of use of self as instrument of change
- Explore the role of the coach
- Discuss how your presentation influences the process
- Explore ways of building trust, modeling, mirroring, leadership and how that plays out with your clients.
Please wear close toed shoes such as tennis shoes or boots. Soft shoes such as crocs or sandals are prohibited for safety purposes.
ICF has approved continuing education for 1.5 hours of core competency and 1 hour of resource development.
