Do you let others get their way because you are reluctant to speak up? Do you speak your truth and end up being accused of being aggressive? This workshop will help you develop sure-fire techniques to ask for what you want in a compassionate, respectful and clear manner.

Objectives:  

a.    Express wants compassionately, clearly, professionally, & effectively.

b.    Improve Relationships by disagreeing without hostility.

c.    Motivate others to be compassionately assertive.

d.    Enhance self-esteem & self-confidence.

e.    Respect: Self & Others.

f.     Reduce anxiety & stress.

g.    Say “no” without feeling bad.

h.    Ask for help with less fear and stress.

Mr. Kim Kristensen has been a certified mediator for over 10 years. He has a Master's degree in Social Sciences/Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Resources. He also is a Life Coach, men's empowerment group leader and trainer, retired state government manager (25 years), and former circus acrobat and animal trainer -- which ties all of it together.  Kim teaches and facilitates Communication Skills, Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Dealing with Difficult People, Your Brain on Conflict, Conflict Coaching, Conflict Management for Couples, Managing Team Conflicts and Agreements, Leadership & Managing Conflict, Applied Psychology, De-Escalation Techniques, Organizational Management & Leadership, Human Relations, Critical Thinking, Sociology, and Organizational Behavior at universities and other organizations.
