Description: With this learning experience we will explore how we can better use situational leadership techniques to motivate our clients to personal accountability. We will walk with the feelings of our clients to understand better where they may be in their daily walk of life. We then will look at situational leadership techniques to move the client to areas of accountability.
Areas of focus:
1. A look at leadership styles of both coaches and clients.
2. What really motivates your client to action?
3. Creating the “Emotional Attachment” to move your client to their goals.
