This new Competency gives Coaches a direct path to BEING a COACH vs. DOING COACHING. While some of this was hinted at in the old competency model, this competency speaks directly to WHO you are BEING as a coach and is a great addition to the DOING behaviors defined in the other 7 competencies. In this talk we will go over the details of this competency and we will discuss ideas on how to meet the competency requirements in your coaching practice. We will also work on how this competency affects the coaching conversation and the other competencies.
