Description

We are not just a Coach. Coaching comes in many different “flavors” --

Some say they are a Business Coach; some say we are a Leadership Coach; some say they are a Career Coach and the list goes on!   How do these distinctions serve us and our clients?  How might they limit us?  What does it mean when we add a distinction in front of the word Coach?  More importantly, what does it do to a coach's thinking, mindset, actions, and behaviors?

Join us for a facilitated dialogue/roundtable discussion as we unravel the mystery and understand what it does and how it affects a Coach's ability to serve the client to their best.

Objectives

  1. Understand the role of distinctions in your value proposition as a coach
  2. Explore self-created biases, and learn if they are serving you, or not
  3. Figure out what to do with that knowledge including ways to overcome the biases that might not serve you and your clients

Competencies Covered

1. Demonstrate Ethical Practice

2. Embodies a Coaching Mindset
