Coach as Instrument
An Emergent Approach to Coaching

Date: February 3, 2023
Time: Noon - 1:30pm Eastern Time
Location: Virtual - Zoom Meeting Room
Speaker:

CCEs: 1.5 in Core Competencies

Step into the fullness of your calling as a coach.

When you experience yourself as an instrument of something greater than yourself, your work as a coach transforms. It becomes less about you or your getting your clients from "A to B" and more about facilitating an organic process that is always and already underway within them.  When you experience yourself as an instrument, you take less responsibility for your client and their growth.  You are present and attentive to what’s already emerging for your clients and helping to birth what’s wanting to unfold for them.

Who should attend:

Experienced coaches who want to:

·    Coach from a deeper place within them.
·
Work and coach in a less formulaic, more organic, and natural way
.
·
Discover something new within themselves as a coach to hold space for their clients in a way that allows for the client’s greatest unfolding
.

What You’ll Learn

·  How the coach impacts the coaching (in both helpful and unhelpful ways).
·
What it means to "tune" ourselves as the "instrument" of the coaching.

·
What it means to be a channel for something larger than yourself.

·
How coaching can be a natural, organic process for both coach and client
.
·
How simply "bearing witness" can create a shift.

·
What the coaching "field" is and how we can work with it for the benefit of the client
.
·
How simply following the client’s energy can yield greater results than a traditional coaching formulation.

This is a live, virtual and experiential course — for the best experience, we encourage you to join us live, and be prepared to be fully present with cameras on
