Step into the fullness of your calling as a coach.
When you experience yourself as an instrument of something greater than yourself, your work as a coach transforms. It becomes less about you or your getting your clients from "A to B" and more about facilitating an organic process that is always and already underway within them. When you experience yourself as an instrument, you take less responsibility for your client and their growth. You are present and attentive to what’s already emerging for your clients and helping to birth what’s wanting to unfold for them.

· Work and coach in a less formulaic, more organic, and natural way.
· Discover something new within themselves as a coach to hold space for their clients in a way that allows for the client’s greatest unfolding.
