ICF Virginia is excited to host the first in person gathering in the Richmond area in over 3 years. We gather to learn, grow, connect, lead and inspire together. 

We will be engaging around  ICF Virginia's 2023 themes in alignment with the international Coaching Federations, Thought Leadership Institute's core collection and the role coaching will have in:

• The Future of Work: Elevating views of work to center on meaning and purpose.
• The Future of Coaching: Activating human potential through reflective growth.
