Coaches have access to literally hundreds of assessment in addition to the ones they come up with on their own. Some are free, some can be had for small fee, others can be hundreds or thousands of dollars. You or may not need some type of certification to administer assessments.

Navigating the options, understanding when to use them and deciding which ones to take a deeper dive into can be complex. ICF Virginia has assembled a panel of coaches with experience and/or certification in some of the popular assessments in use today. We will discuss broad categories of assessments, including leadership, personality, emotional intelligence, and strengths. Then the host will facilitate a discussion with the panel and participants to share their experiences with specific assessments and outcomes.

Participants can expect to

  • Increase your awareness of major areas of assessment
  • Gain exposure to specific assessments
  • Be able to discern which assessments may fit their practice.
