Presenter: Kathy Harman, MCC, CCM, CSM
Masterful coaching is mostly about flow. When the coach is willing to give up the need to ‘be a good coach’ and surrenders to the flow of the coaching meeting, coaching is effortless and the client is more likely to gain sustainable results. In this interactive program, we will explore a few of the elements that masterful coaches embody when they coach, including curiosity, connection, and silence. We’ll discuss how coaches transform their coaching from entry level through master level, and how to let go of what limits your own coaching. Participants will have a chance to practice what they learn so they too can apply these masterful coaching approaches.
