Using the ICF Core Competencies
with Challenging Clients

Helping coaches help clients achieve breakthroughs
using the core competencies.

Date: September 23, 2022
Time: Noon - 1:30pm Eastern Time
Location:
  GCC, 756 Peters Creek Rd NW, Roanoke, VA 24017
Speaker:
Roanoke Coaches Presentation

CCEs: 1.5 in Core Competencies

We will discuss case studies of anonymized clients you have found to be challenging, and we will then explore which ICF Core Competencies could be applied to help the coach help the client get what they want.

The intention of this round table discussion is to help refresh and encourage coaches in the use of the Core Competencies. Coaches will walk away with a deeper understanding of the Core Competencies and how they can be used to help "challenging" clients reach their goals.

This will be done in a round table fashion, with total respect and compassion for both the coach and anonymous client. We will explore and discuss creative options for the coach and client moving forward.

Each case study will be looked at through the lens of all of the 8 ICF Core Competencies.
