Elevate your coaching journey with ICF Virginia's Charter Chapter as we kick off our monthly mastermind sessions— a conducive environment for coaches to collaborate, develop, and effect meaningful change. Drawing inspiration from Napoleon Hill's groundbreaking 'Master Mind' concept, we're bringing coaches together to harness our collective genius for creative problem-solving and profound development.
Our first session is on February 6th, from Noon to 1 PM, facilitated by our Ignite Director, Heather Dias, ACC. With her background in Counseling Psychology, Heather will guide us in strengthening our mental health strategies within the coaching sphere and nurturing our self-care as dedicated coaches.
This mastermind isn't just another event—it's a dedicated journey to enhance our coaching skills and capabilities, all while building stronger community ties. As we strive to cultivate a vibrant coaching commUNITY across Virginia, making an impact not just for ourselves but for those we serve, we truly grasp the significance of shared experiences and mutual support.
Looking for members who would like to facilitate a future Mastermind. Your unique voice and wisdom are the cornerstones of our collective progress. If you're compelled to lead and/or propose a topic for future masterminds, we welcome your initiative at admin@icfvirginia.org.
Join us on February 6th as we shape a community where every interaction is an opportunity for transformation and every coach is a catalyst for change.
CCEU - 1 in Resource Development
All times are Noon to 1 PM ET
DATES:
February 6th
March 12th
This session will be hosted by Allison Krug, MPH, CPC, an epidemiologist and professional coach specializing in performance and wellbeing. Blending science and somatics, Alli will kick off the Mastermind with a brief overview of how she creates greater interoception among her clients and supports them in developing a plan for building strength and presence in their lives. You will learn strategies that span head to toe: breath patterns to boost oxygen in the blood and release tension through the physiological sigh, isometrics to build spinal resilience, and barefoot practices for grounding. Participants are asked to come prepared to briefly discuss how they are integrating somatics in their client sessions (plan on 3 minutes of sharing to ensure there is time for everyone to discuss).
April 9th
Come together to engage around the International Coaching Week (ICW) experience.
