As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member, Eric is passionate about leveraging innovative technologies to enhance coaching practices and drive meaningful client outcomes.
With a background in communications, education, and technology, Eric has always been at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge tools into the learning process and now would like to share with you how you might be able to use emerging technology in your coaching practices. Recognizing the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, Eric has been dedicated over the past few years to exploring and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve coaching efficiency, personalization, and overall effectiveness in his business practices.
In addition to Eric's love of learning and technology, Eric also manages his own instructional design, talent development, and professional coaching business, Skyline Talent Development, where Eric creates a wide variety of training courses and coaches professionals in the business and higher education sectors.
