  • Do you find that you and your clients make commitments to change and are often unable to keep them?
  • Would you like to learn some scientific methods for increasing your ability to cultivate and maintain successful new behaviors?

Until we have faced the boundaries of our comfort zone, until we have experienced the discomfort, fear, and pain of pushing against them, we will remain in the realm of mediocrity.

In this presentation, Uri Galimidi and Dr. Leat Kuzniar, ND, will share the following three highly effective, science-based interventions (techniques) that will help you cultivate self-empowering behaviors and become the best possible person you can be:

  • The Science of Willpower
  • Mindfulness Meditation
  • The Habit Loop

For each of these interventions, Uri and Leat will discuss their underlying neuroscience and behavioral science and will share the best way to practice them so as to derive the highest value for the ICF coaches and their clients.

The presentation will be interactive and will include video clips from TED Talks and CBS’s 60 Minutes, exercises, and a Q&A segment.

You will learn:

1. The best ways to practice the three interventions personally and with your clients.

2. An understanding of the scientific work underlying the three interventions.

  • Boosting willpower to enhance personal growth.
  • Mindfulness meditation as a path to happiness, resilience, and much more.
  • Conquering undesired behaviors and adopting new healthier ones.
