Emotional Intelligence in Coaching

Emotional Intelligence is defined as your ability to recognize and understand emotions in yourself and others, and your ability to use this awareness to manage yourself and relationships with others.  The presenter will provide an overview of this topic, why it is important, and some ideas on how to use this in development. Discussion of implications for use in different types of coaching and implementation into the coaching process will be woven throughout the presentation.
