Are you considering self-employment as a professional coach? Or, are you somewhere along the self-employment path, wrestling the tests, challenges and enemies that path inevitably calls to fore? You are in good company!

This session explores entrepreneurship as a Hero's Journey: an archetypal tale in which the hero (you!) goes on an adventure, overcomes a decisive crisis, and returns home transformed for the benefit of others. Hear true stories of the types of challenges you can expect on this never-ending journey. Develop a coach approach for your business that prepares you for the inevitable challenges of solo-preneurship. In the context of the Hero's Journey, "failure" becomes fertile ground for growing yourself as a coach, increasing both your capability and capacity to serve others. You will discover, in fact, that the only way to show up as a champion, with treasure to share, is to successfully traverse the darkness.

Learning Objectives:

1.      Develop resilience as a coach and business person by adopting practices to support a growth mindset.

2.      Bring Whole Self to the business by leaning in to what you do best, in the service of your clients.

3.      Identify and remove common Business Blockers most entrepreneurs are blind to.
