Program Title:  From Gremlins to Golden Buddha

Description: Within each of us lives a creative variety of voices of self-doubt, self-punishment, and self-criticism, as well as profound wisdom. Coach Sarah B Rawz calls these the Gremlins and the Golden Buddha, respectively. In her workshop, she guides coaches through her process for shifting energy and power from the Gremlins to the Golden Buddha which can both help them deepen their coaching presence and serve as a tool to share with clients as they learn to hear their own Golden Buddha with more clarity and trust.

In this session, we will:

• ·         Play with a humorous approach – these anthropomorphized inner processes – as a route to deep learning and growth.
• ·         Explore the role of active listening in helping client discern the voices of the Gremlins and Golden Buddha in their speech and thought patterns.
• ·         Learn a process to help clients create awareness of both their inner critics and profound wisdom and design actions to work with the Gremlins and Golden Buddha throughout their lives.
