Epidemiologist and ICF ACC Level 2 Certified Health and Performance Coach who enjoys working with complex, intelligent, sensitive and observant people who come to me for a wide variety of reasons - clarity during a career transition, more peace and space in a frenetic life, fulfillment and productivity, parenting a child struggling with school, book coaching, and more. My life has been blessed with incredible experiences, one of the highlights was organizing a youth experiential leadership sail training adventure in Japan.
I believe that the darkest times capture the most energy, but they also hold the greatest data for us to mine...like an underexposed photo. We can always add light together. You hold the power to create your own reality, but a coach can help capture and interpret the data you need to find your purpose.
