The emerging field of neuroleadership and neuroscience has numerous applications to ICF coaches. One of the most exciting developments in is Neuroplasticity, which is the brain's ability to reorganize itself and form new neural connections throughout life. In this presentation, you will learn about the importance of plasticity in responding to new situations, learning and changes in your environment. The ability to "rewire your brain" has immediate applications for coaches, as clients can learn to create new neuronal connections through the coaching process itself.
Wendy Swire has been an executive/leadership coach for over 20 years, working with over 1000 leaders in the US and throughout the world.
