How can coaching help leaders produce tangible business results? Coaching is a fast growing $ 1B+ industry. Global research and firsthand, local experience combine to make the case for coaching as a competitive advantage. The Virginia Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF Virginia) will host an interactive, half-day workshop to offer a holistic learning experience for area executives, senior HR leaders, and community leaders on business value of coaching. The event celebrates International Coaching Week (May 7-11, 2018) and will be held at Luck Stone Companies in Manakin-Sabot. It will include a brief presentation on the latest global coaching research, group discussion, and 1-1 coaching by ICF credentialed coaches. Business leaders should bring challenging, current business challenges to the session, and prepare to walk away with real possibilities after working with a coach!
This program is an opportunity for Virginia leaders to discuss solutions to today’s top business and organizational concerns with their peers. They have the opportunity to engage in an hour of one-on-one coaching and an hour of group coaching from an experienced, credentialed coach. Participant leaders will focus on generating new insights that address a challenging business problem.
This first-of-its-kind program represents ICF Virginia’s commitment to share the value of coaching in Virginia and beyond, connect individuals and organizations with coaches, and support professional coaches. Seating is limited. Register now.
