We invite coaches who use assessments and those who are curious about psychometrics in coaching to join in on this conversation. What assessments do you use with your clients and why? It is reported that assessments increase the coach’s understanding of their coachee and assessments can provide the "most powerful take away" to coachees in terms of generating better self-insight and awareness.
