In this 75-minute group session, Carilion Clinic EAP Consultant Chad Runyon will briefly explain the therapeutic benefits of self-hypnosis and experientially guide participants to consistently shift themselves into a safe, rejuvenating, relaxing trance. Structured scripts will be provided.   

As a result participants will:

• Understand and experience self-hypnosis
• Actively align this modality with their own wellbeing
• Explore how self-hypnosis can enhance and deepen your coaching presence
• Create an action plan to improve wellbeing and presence
