Somatics in Coaching

Participants in this interactive session will explore a handful of
Somatic tools and see from our direct experience how applying
such tools changes everything for us as coaches as well as for our clients.
Participants will explore the following:
- What is Somatics and where did it originate?
- How does it help shift the client experience?
- What is the Neuroscience behind it--rewiring the brain?
- the 20/80 rule--why the body?
- Where to start? The breath… and why…
Each participant will receive a copy of "Your Resiliency Toolkit" and a few fun freebies to take home, play with, use on themselves, or someone else!
