Job Loss creates some very unique feelings of loss different than other types of loss.

Recognizing that, personally and then professionally, Richard Deems created The Deems Job Loss Reaction CycleÔ. Hundreds of thousands of people have benefited from understanding the nuances.

We will discuss:

2.    The Differences and Similarities Between Job Loss and Other Losses.
3.    How We as Coaches Can Help People Through This Loss.  

During these unprecedented times, we as coaches are seeing more people exhibiting symptoms of trauma- whether they realize it or not. In the past year, they may have lost a job while having to home school and have lost someone close to them. And we ourselves may be exhibiting it- whether we realize it or not.
