Coaching with Systemic Constellations: Expanding Awareness, Unlocking Potential

Join us for an enlightening and paradigm shifting workshop. Experience a lens that will help you discover how you move your coaching skills toward MCC, inspire instant awareness in your clients, and connect the dots in your business.

Systemic lens is a powerful approach to expanding awareness, unlocking client potential, shift limiting patterns, and creating lasting change.

Led by Kim Leischner, MCC coach, trainer, mentor, and creator of the ICF-CCE certified program Coaching with Systemic Constellations, this session offers a unique opportunity to empower your coaching practice and enhance client results.

You will be guided through experiential exercises designed to assist you to embody expanded systemic awareness, presence and listening. You’ll engage in mindfulness practices and constellation mapping exercises to tap into two distinct forms of human intelligence that can reveal hidden dynamics and unlock new pathways for growth.

You'll gain clarity on the boundaries between coaching and therapy with three key guidelines to ensure ethical practice. You’ll experience a mapping exercise that can be immediately applied in your coaching sessions, and learn to use four powerful perspectives to evoke awareness.

If time permits, we’ll conclude with a live coaching demonstration incorporating systemic constellation work, followed by a Q&A. Join us and discover how a systemic coaching lens can elevate your practice and amplify your impact!

    WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

Coaches will experience and be able to replicate the steps of a mindfulness exercise to deepen and expand their coach presence, and their ability to generate more trust and safety within self and with others. (Coaching Presence, Trust and Safety) Coaches will be able to list 3 key guidelines to help ensure they are acting within the scope of coaching, rather than (consciously or unconsciously) acting more so within the realm of therapy. (Demonstrates Ethical Practice) Coaches will be able to describe how using constellation maps assists a client to tap into two (2) types of human intelligence in order to evoke awareness. (Evokes Awareness) Coaches will experience and be able to repeat a mapping exercise designed to assist a coach to notice and observe these two types of intelligence, deepen their systemic awareness, and apply it in their coaching sessions. (Embodying a Coaching Mindset, Coaching Presence, Active Listening) Coaches will learn and be able to repeat the steps of mindfulness exercise to experience and further embody systemic awareness and bring this to their coaching sessions. (Embodying a Coaching Mindset, Coaching Presence, Active Listening) Coaches will be able to describe 4 perspectives to help to evoke awareness in a coaching session. (Evokes Awareness) Coaches will experience and be able to follow the steps of a simple constellation that can be used for self or client coaching sessions. (Evokes Awareness) If time permits, coaches will experience a coaching session demo that incorporates systemic constellation work. (All competencies) Coaches will have a chance to ask questions and be provided with ways to access further support using this approach in their coaching sessions. (All competencies)

This program is for everyone interested in learning and growing themselves and others through coaching, and is most relevant and beneficial for Coaches at ICF-ACC level or higher. Participants will benefit personally and professionally through this interactive and experiential workshop.

TITLE: Mastering Client Conversion: Empowering Coaches to Transform Skeptics into Committed Clients
    DATE / TIME (TIME ZONE): September 23, 2025 / 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM ET
    PRESENTER NAME: Chris Kenney
CCE BREAKDOWN: 0.5 CC   1.0 RD
    HOST CHAPTER: ICF North Florida
HOST CHAPTER CONTACT INFORMATION: Amanda Connelly - AmandaC@careermp.com

DESCRIPTION:Coaches know how transformative coaching is—but when it comes to selling, even the best struggle to get potential clients to say “Yes!” The problem isn’t price or timing. It’s how you’re showing up in the sales conversation. In this talk, Chris shares The I-Help Selling System, a 5-step process for conducting sales calls that make potential clients feel seen, heard, and understood. Most coaches unintentionally create objections. That’s why they get ghosted or hear “I need to think about it.” Learn how to sell with confidence, integrity, and a “coach approach”—so the right clients say yes without hesitation.

    WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

    1. Master the "Coach Approach" to Sales Calls – Learn how to conduct sales conversations that make potential clients feel seen, heard, and understood, leading to confident buying decisions.

    2. Identify and Eliminate Hidden Objection Triggers – Recognize how traditional sales tactics (and even well-intended coaching habits) create resistance and objections—and what to do instead.

    3. Prevent Ghosting and “I Need to Think About It” Responses – Understand the deeper reasons potential clients hesitate and gain a proven process for guiding them to a clear and confident yes.

    SPEAKER BIO:

Chris Kenney has spent the last two decades as a master sales coach, multi-million dollar business owner, and sought-after wealth mentor. He teaches brilliant coaches, consultants, and creative service providers how to break their money rules, rapidly accelerate their income, and live with uncommon freedom & choice. When he's not coaching his private clients, you can find him speaking on stages around the world, sharing his 7-figure sales secrets with talented entrepreneurs, teaching them to step into their legacy work by shedding the chains of money shame and undercharging. His true gift is to show you how to become totally present to and accepting of your ability to impact the world.
